Bicycle Exercise for Abs
1.  The Bicycle exercise is the best ab exercise to target the six pack muscles and the waist.  This is how to do it correctly:
  • Lie face up with you hand behind your head.
  • Bring your knees in towards your face and lift your shoulder blades up from the ground without pulling your neck.
  • Make your left leg straight while you turn your upper body to the right, bringing the left elbow towards your right knee.
  • Now switch sides, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee this time.
  • Continue doing this, alternating sides in a pedaling motion for about 12-18 repititions.
